I am not attracted to women but the ones I consider pretty have dark hair. In my culture, blonde hair is considered unattractive. People are most likely to compliment you if you have shiny, straight and black/brown hair contrasting with your skin. Red hair is usually associated with old and poor people as they use henna to dye their grey hair.
I had chestnut brown hair as a kid and was told to oil my hair so it could get darker. Now it's naturally darker with a subtle hint of brown and I get praised for it. Most women I know would do anything to have hair like these:

I prefer dark hair on men. The darker, the better. I do have a soft spot for redheads though.

Generally For me it depends on skin tone. The darker the skin the darker the hair

Most beautiful like in a magazine I would probably say brunette or black, it is v. dramatic and sets off skin tones really well but in everyday life there is a reason they say blondes have more fun lol.

For guys I prefer brunette.
