Things "for men" are going to be shit and full of awful perfumes. it's skin care. We all have skin, it's for everyone.
Shampoo you want something that is free of all the nasty drying stuff like parabens and sulphates. What type and brand depends entirely on you hair type and what you feel you need. Most importantly though you shouldn't be washing your hair daily.
Healthy Deodorants are ones without aluminum which is a hard switch to make (you'll sweat and stink until your body gets use to the new product) but worth it in the end.
Body wash and face wash I use Cetaphil or CeraVe as I'm actually allergic to soaps. My skin improved dramatically using them.
The face cream will again depend on what you feel like you need. For hydration something with hyaluronic acid in it. If you get breakouts or uneven skin redness etc then something with niacinamide, and glycolic acid. If you want something that will prevent skin aging then something with retinol.

My husband uses old spice body wash and deodorant. I think he uses tresseme for his hair and crew pomade. He doesn't really use anything on face, just soap and water.
I swear this isn't a paid thing, I've been using zumbar soap bars for just about everything from face to hair and somehow it works great and lasts seemingly forever. The appeal is that it is a smaller company and doesn't have harsh chemicals in the product, it smells great though.
Almost Nothing is natural anymore.
But that you care about skincare routine is the right first step. I suggest you make an appointment with a professional dermatologist for a consultation session.
