Skin care routine for guys not manly?

My girlfriend has the opinion that men don't do skin care routines out of the reason of fragile masculinity (only girls do that/pff thats not manly...). I have the opinion its out of laziness and we think we don't need 5 different products for our face. So to all the guys are you too lazy? You dont do it cause its not manly? Or you actually have a skin care routine (more then washing it with water once a day)?

I have a skin care routine. It's not complex and nothing specific but it's simple and good. Nothing wrong with it.

Earlier I didn't have a skin care routine but that is purely because I had no money to afford any. I was either not making any money or eating away my salary as soon as I got it.

As for the other guys - either out of laziness, complete lack of interest or their oh so fragile "masculinity" AKA their perceived castration effect.

Guys usually don't focus on that, so it's more likely to be laziness. It's a definite benefit for a guy to have nice skin, though.

My skin is a function to me, but not a decoration.
I only use cosmetics for specific reasons or situations (i. e. sunblockers)

There's nothing wrong with looking good for the girls why do you think we work out with weights because of the girls?

Oh no it has nothing to do with that, just if you have a skin care routine and if not out of which reason.

Unless you have dry skin why would you need to do that if you don’t care about looking good for women
