In your city how much is currently a standard hair cut and for ladies how much it cost to get your hair done without any special hairstyles?

My barber of about 4 years, the hair cut was $15 dollars, then it went up to $20 dollars, then last month she told me it was $25 dollars, now today, I went to get a new hair cut and I see a sign on the door is $30 for a regular man's haircut alone. Gosh. 🙄

The last time I had my hair done, it was $80. If I were to get the color done, it’d be another $90 on top of that and quite a bit more if I wanted to get highlights.

$15 though a few years back it was $12 so about a $3 increase. I am really surprised it isn't gone up to $20. My nephew plays $25 for his haircut which is insane though he goes to the north side of town. I remember as a kid it was $5 in the 90's and went $7 then now $15. I seen barbershops charging $25 like near my house there's one across my nieces school.

I go to a barber which was $10 now is $25. I still go because they're not cooperate owned or a corperate chain.

Buy the required essential tools for it and watch some tutorials. Once you get used to it, you'll never feel the need to go to a barber anymore, especially if it's that expensive.

Cheapest, a Turkish salon hidden in a suburb, solid haircut, 10€.
Most expensive, a coiffeur (!) in a mall, male cut including a drink, 40€.

Usually around forty dollars for a normal cut with layers and the 200ish when I get it rebleached and dyed

I can not be in a hurry. Sometimes my wife trims my neck often I use a comb trim the sideburns and I use a number for for the sides and verries for the top.
