This is a better question for a doctor or dermatologist. You're probably fine unless you're finding strands in the shower or on your pillow. If you do, ask the doctors. People here don't know anything. You don't want to find out when it's too late to get treatment. Once the roots are damaged, there's probably no fixing them.

I don’t think so, but you can always see a doctor if you want to be sure. Use a shampoo with coconut oil, too.

That is perfectly normal. You have beautiful hair. Everyone loses hair ut when you're young new hair grows back in.
