My hair is thin and fine I never really had thick hair but it sure got finer as the years passed. I’m 28years old and I recently went through a miss carriage so I’m thinking is the hormones right now. But even before my MC I was already losing hair.
I try to wash my hair every 3 days. I don’t use heat it wants as much before and no matter what everytime I brush my hair or brush them with my fingers there’s no stop , 3 strains of hair would fall off each time. I don't know what to do. My doc told me to continue taking prenatals for a month. A few weeks they said a was slightly low on iron and I need more vitamin d which I been taking for years. That’s about it. My family does have fine hair history.

Hair loss can be caused by stress so if you get covid or recently gave birth - that could lead to hair loss. High stress changes at home in in your health can also lead to hair loss. There are shampoos that cause certain sensitive people to have their hair fell out. If that is you, more expensive shampoos might stop the hair falling. I had to spend $15 on my shampoo cause Costco made my hair fall out.
Everything medical thing EVER is a job for a educated medical person. NOT the internet. If internet was true then the earth is flat and there is a king in Nigeria that wants to give me money.
Did you take any of those COVID shots?
The first two but even before that I’ve always had hair loss issues Sometimes it worse than other time
Unfortunately the shots stop hair from growing and cause more shedding and hair loss. I've noticed this with almost every single person that took it. It also amplifies any previous issues a person may have had. In a lot of the woman I've seen, the hair loss is usually more at the front. The only way to address all of this is to face the truth about the shots (they are not vaccines), not to take any more, and to treat the damage daily with something that counters the spike proteins and other poisons it produces.
Other common side effects I've noticed in women are dizziness, changes in breast size and stye under eyes. God bless you. Let me know if you have any questions.
