My hair is shedding a lot is this stress or what?

Just to clarify I used to be overweight 64kgs at 5'3" height now I lost weight 50 kgs they say losing weight can affect hair loss but that was 6 months ago since I lost weight. I shed a lot of hair maybe maybe 150 strands of hair a day. I also work at hospital as an admin assistant. I work 13 hours a day and only get 5 hours of sleep and rarely get sunlight because of my lack of time to even stay outside because I work and need to catch up on sleep. I also walk 7,881 steps a day before going to work. My dinner always is fried chicken/pork and rice its always like that on my duty. I also was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis in 2017 and I still have it. My coworkers noticed my thinning of hair and they say I have a lot of baby hair which means I shed hairs that caused baby hairs to grow. They say maybe I have hypothyrodism because of hair thinning and hair loss. I told them my aunt has hyperthyroidism I don't know if hyperthyroidism is genetics and my coworker Misty is concern I should go to doctor to get lab test
