Thin hair is usually genetics related, I understand it sucks but at some point you have to accept it. About losing hair that could have many causes but mental health problems like stress and anxiety can cause it, diet can also be a factor.
Judging from your photos I don't think it's as bad as you see it. Truthfully I don't see anything out of the normal at all and it saddens me that you feel the way you do.
If you need someone to talk with feel free to message me. Otherwise I hope you will find a way to accept your hair and not be so hard on yourself.

if a lot of hair is falling out it is more then just from dying it. there are so many things attributed to hair loss, hormone levels, thyroid, lupus (i have it), stress, alopecia. i would go to a hairstylist first and see what can be done they may recommend you cutting a good amount off, but also might be able to point you in the right direction of whats going on, then if they cannot help a DR. can. and as stupid as it sounds lots of people use mayo for a hair treatment, then put a bag over their head just the hair of course. here is a link

try to relax, and stay calm, tell yourself you are not your hair, i know because i just had mine buzzed off for cancer charity. you are so much more then your hair, goodluck and if at all keep us updated.
You should go to a dermatologist and have some tests done. There could be genetics at play, hormones, diet, etc. So many things we don’t even realize are contributing to hair loss. A friend on mine from work was having that same issue and eventually it was determined that the water she washes her hair with was thinning it. I guess that in some city/states/etc, depending on how the water is treated it could have harmful properties. And yes, I mean sink and shower water lol. She never would’ve thought.
First, you could see your medical doctor for a full blood panel to make sure there isn't a metabolic quirk, nutrient deficiency, or other underlying cause for the loss. The doc should take a medical history, including any prevalence of hair loss from your parents or grandparents.
Ruling out any of these, the next step would be to see a good dermatologist, one who specializes in hair and scalp treatment. Over-bleaching, over-coloring and over-heating can weaken hair seats and follicles over time. Sorry to hear of your plight : good luck.

Hmm. I literally never ask this. But we need a picture. I’m great with hair. What you have said can be an obsession, a reality, both, or just a figment of your imagination. That last one might be the worst of all. But no help without knowing what im dealing with.
may be from hard water? try researching shampoo brands. sometimes the most common ones aren't the best lol im using Luseta Biotin & Collagen at the moment and my hair feels much thicker and doesn't get dirty as fast as it used to
It's damaged, could be an infection. Go to dermatologist.
Your hair actually looks very thick… and just so you know, thicker hair loses more hair than thin hair does. You actually have very strong hair. Or am I wrong? The pictures aren’t that specific
Try to contact a doctor, maybe they can help. It might be something deeper if chunks of your hair are falling out
Stop washing it so often, and apply argan oil on it.
At least you have hair. I don’t have any. Count yourself lucky
Maybe try washing your hair with rice water, I heard that helps. Maybe you just have a lot of split ends or dead strands of hair, maybe cutting it will help?
If the bleaching and dye chemicals got to your roots, it can damage hair growth if it's not genetics
the peroxides that were in the dyes you used caused your hair to be thin. and tbh this post is really disappointing. i know of a woman who underwent chemo therapy and struggles to let her hair grow back. the fact that you have long hair and hate it because is flat is very disappointing and quite sad really. you have what other people want and can't have due to underlying medical conditions. learn to be grateful for what you have. show some appreciation and gratitude
You gotta buy the shampoo that says "for thin and greasy hair" or you can buy the ones that say "for all hair types" I bet you just go by smell lol
All I can do is different hair cuts because I don’t have much on top anymore and still gets oily after a day, I use Paul Mitchel shampoo though so that helps and no dandruff
I wish my hair was as straight as yours
I have long hair that is oily also. I've been using L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Clay shampoo and it seems to be working fine. Hair lasts 2-3 days before getting oily again.
Use horse shampoo google it up it helped my hair and plus makes it shiny
On posts like this you gotta post a picture of it!! JEEZE!
Looks too dry. Get hand on professional moisturize use. Try mayonnaise it's helpful my ex had most beautiful hair I have ever seen she was using mayonnaise on her hair
You need to see a dermatologist - something is wrong here.
