There are many scenarios that can change the scenario of your hair. Thinning, hard water, ineffective shampoo and conditioners. The ideal scenario would be for the hair to be smooth and silky after applying conditioner. Pantene pro-v smooth and sleek fights frizz for up to 48 hours. Also finding a good band that is comfy to sleep with will make it lower maintenance when waking up in the morning.
To get professional advise, your primary doctor would need to refer you to a dermatologist who specializes in the study of skin and hair.
Well, if the doctor had no clue why do you think we have? Go get a 2nd opinion from another doctor. Maybe it's your 5G phone in your ear all the time? Shampoo allergy? Turned the curlers too hard? You cut your hair in your sleep, or got a bikini cut and they gave you the hair as a souvenir and you just forgot about it? Your hair got caught in the blender? Have you been exposed to any radiation? You didn't say where the hair loss was. Is the hair on other parts of the body also losing hair, like your legs and arms? I might have to send you to Dr. House if no other doctor can figure it out.
Did your Dr. also checked for other hormones like androgen level? And also for iron and Zinc deficiency? All of these could also contribute to hair loss.
Try using coconut oil, avoid stress and avoid washing your hair everyday (if your head is not sweating everyday). Sometimes too much washing can cause it to fall out.
Excess hair fall can be caused by various reasons. One of the health disorders is called Alopecia areata, where your body’s immune system attacks your hair follicles, which leads to excessive hair fall. However, several reasons can cause hair loss. You are losing lots of hair; therefore, you need to consult your health professional.

Are you pulling or yanking on your hair because of stress and anxiety. If all those tests have come back normal then the only other explanation is it's psychosomatic.
You should go check ur blood if everything is okay. Visit a doctor. You probably need some vitamins.
Try to care much about your hair:
-while washing-try to do little head massage
-don't use all time strong shampoo
-when u want to brush ur hair-do it slowly, start from your ends
Change your shampoo. Don't use the cheap supermarket stuff. Try go for something more natural. Take vitamins. Stay hydrated. Make sure you're brushing it correctly, (work your way up from the bottom). Start only washing it a couple times a week.
Oh and don't use heat, try let it air dry.
Stop worrying about it. Your tests came back normal. Take a breath and go do something to keep your mind busy.
hair loss may happen because of poor nutrition. not sure if that's the case, but make sure to eat right
How do you lose that many hair? Most people's heads would barely drop a single strand if you shake their hair for 10 minutes so it's kinda shocking.
Start eating a better diet, lose weight, start drinking more water and exercise.
Also, drink 2 Tablespoons of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 to 16 oz of water EVERY DAY
Go see a doctor. That’s not normal and you might have a condition
Go to a doctor who specializes in hair loss. They’ll know more than your GP.
You need to return to your Doctor/GP taking with you your hair loss.
Massage your scalp with organ oil and castor oil two time a week.
Look into supplements & your diet. Maybe you're defificnent in something. Do you have a balanced diet?
Honestly, I wish I knew lol. I'm receding bad and probably gonna get bald soon.
I do think there's some things women can try. I'm not sure, sometimes diet and stress play factors into it. Maybe you're lacking some nutrients or have a deficiency. It doesn't sound normal for a girl under 18 to have that happen. Did your doctor test for it
Wait for the resolves meanwhile take a lot of protein

Tell me what you eat in one day.
