Aside from the face, I think the neck (particularly the throat) and the chest are tied for the worst. Also, women who have stupid sayings tattooed on their arms.

if you're a model or an actress... probably not the best idea to tattoo your face or any other part of the body that is essential to display

all the extra make-up hours and the later editing on screen could make you less eligible for many roles, lol... or it could limit you and get you stuck on roles of tattoed characters

Upper chest and neck tattoos are generally the worst to me. Underboob tattoos and even facial tattoos can be hot, but there's something about inking the neckline that seems like a mortal sin to me.
