So let me get it clear a short female can be skinny or fat and is going be called petite because of height. Is not about petite skinny?

I think petite mainly refers to women's height. It she's 5'2" or under, she's petite. Although I doubt if people would call a short, super "curvy" (fat) girl petite.

If the girl in the photo is 5'2" or under, she definitely qualifies as petite. She's got an amazing bod even though her hips and thighs are on the slightly thicker side.
