You dont care what girls wear, does the same indifference apply for their hair?

Since it seems that clothes don't help to make women prettier, hopefully the same applies for when women buy too many products to make their hair less frizzy. Right? Or are you going to now say that yes, actually, women going to great lengths (time and money) to make their hair non-frizzy actually pays off?
