It really annoys me because Meghan had so much potential in the RF to do so much good and they could've worked so well together. Both Kate and Meghan are beautiful but I think Kate was more suited for the demands of the RF, being a working royal is a job where the only needs to be met are the people's and I don't think Meghan really understood that - I think there was the cultural aspect because she was American and they do things very differently but also because she was an actress and actors only really need to look out for themselves in that sense. And so I think she had more demands than contributions and it's obviously very stressful but I have no respect for people that air out their family secrets and privacy like they've done, especially after that Oprah interview and especially after they made so much noise about privacy and leaving the RF but still use the titles. Yes there was racism from the papers but I think most people actually welcomed her presence at first and all the women who married into the RF have been absolutely hounded by the press in worse ways. Diana was literally hounded to death, I'm pretty sure naked photos of Sophie were published, Kate was also hounded by the press day in day out for years whilst she was dating Will and I think Meghan was mostly protected from all this. Excluding the racism on social media and in the newspapers, which I think is more avoidable, she didn't seem to have many problems. And absolutely no respect for the stress they probably caused Philip and the Queen in their last few years.
