The blue ones as long as the lines are vertical in shirt, whether it be business professional with a cute bow tie... talk about HOT and getting F- !! Silk or Anne Klien or H$M etc

For white color shirt top, all your choice will match great with it. I personally love going with high waisted bottom so it can extend the length of my bottom half making my legs look longer.

It depends mainly on your skin cloud. All go with white, but choose one that contrasts with your skin colour.

For the silver skirt? If I were styling you for it, I'd pick something in black, navy blue, even a similar silver, or burgundy. Emerald green if your eyes and hair could support it. Even a halter top or sports bra if you wanted to go a little edgy. Oh, and if your skin is lighter I'd wear dark stockings to make the skirt pop.
