Is it weird to wear shorts in November?

If it's warm enough, then no. Some places don't really "experience" a "winter season". Some places don't really get that cold, so it's not uncommon to see people wearing shorts and other "summer clothes" in "cold months" like November-February. In some areas of the world, it may actually be "summer" during those months. So, it really just comes down to where you live and what your weather is like.

depends on where you are.
Up here in frostbite falls it looks stupid, usually they have on shorts and a hoodie with the hood up.
So that begs the question are you hot, the shorts, or are you cold, the hoodie.
So, if you are hot ditch the hoodie, if you are cold maybe try putting on some big boy pants.

Weird it is not & I went to the beach last Sunday & I even went swimming as well. As for today it was a beautiful day as well & I had shorts on too.

My brother does as he doesn't wear pants at all. Heck even my nephews and they say its cold outside but not super cold like ice weather.
