Guys- why do you wear shorts in the middle of winter?

I don't understand that, either. I don't get cold too easily and have been known to walk barefoot in snow and I don't even wear a sweater outside until it's in the low 40's but, I don't get these guys wearing shorts in sub-freezing weather!! But, these are the same idiots that run around in several layers under a hoodie and the hood closed up tight in 90 or 100 degree weather, too!!

Anyway, when I was in college one super cold winter in the `80s, I was downtown waiting for a bus home and there were a number of women standing there casually at the bus stop also waiting for the bus wearing micro-mini shirts and pantyhose!!! I'm in a very this coat and jeans and I'm freezing my tits off and they're standing there like it's summer!! I asked a friend of mine how they can do that or WHY they do it and she said, she couldn't understand it, either!! She was also freezing and wearing just about the same as me!!
