Why do some girls wear very short jeans shorts that expose their buttcheeks even in freezing cold winter?

Some time ago shorts shorts reached the top of the thighs but now it's even higher, you can actually see their butt cheeks and these girls don't seem to mind. But interestingly these girls are not slutty types necessarily, they just seem to think there's nothing wrong about it.

But what baffles me the most is I've I’ve seen few girls wearing those kind of short shorts showing the butt cheeks even in the middle of freezing cold winters. And to make matters worse, they weren't even wearing tights or stockings. They were just wearing booty jeans shorts.

I don't get it. I don't understand why they want to show those private areas even in winters.

Where I live, not far from our local Walmart at Belle Vernon, PA. There were young girls with their fathers wearing short shorts with it all hanging out and some were wearing shorts so short with long shirts that it looked like they have nothing under them, yes it makes you wonder. But it's their choice, I sure would not be dating a girl, who dresses like a Hoochy Mama.

Maybe they like it or just don’t care that they’re flashing skin? (Or they don’t notice it.) And have an ad-version to tight or snug pants. When I wear tight clothing on my legs they itch every now and then. I for one don’t like wearing shorts.(I prefer pants.) In nowadays culture most can get away with it. Plus she could have something wrong with her, like she’s constantly hot but mostly it’s aesthetic reasons probably.
