Don’t care because other peoples opinions hold different value. Maybe they actually feel that way or there’s a different agenda behind calling me not pretty. I’ve had people call me ugly because they were mad about something else unrelated to my appearance. To each it’s own, if I don’t have a chance with someone then my energy isn’t worth putting my thought into what they think.

There is no difference. If people are saying someone is ugly they are also thinking they are ugly as well. People don't say things like that without first thinking it

I have seen many people in my life who I thought was ugly but still never said to them my opinion.
Also yes I do realise there has probably been some people who saw me in their life and didn’t like the look of me either
