Between these two dresses what is a good choice to wear for a birthday party?

So, I 17f am going to my sisters friends birthday party (I was invited by her) and the dress code for girls is either black or white dresses. I bought black 2 black dresses but can’t decide which one to wear.

In your opinion, which one do you like and which one do you think is the most appropriate? (Also, I’m sorry if it’s revealing or too provocative. This is all I could really find that fits in my size. I am also going to wear a jacket over it so it’s not too revealing or provocative and I’m going to put on tights under the dress as well)

The two dresses are not much different. I like the straps in Dress 1, so I suggest that one.

There's so little difference between the two, that I have no idea how you did think to make a question out of it :)).

They are fundamentally the same, wearing one or the other won't alter the effect you are going to make on others, or what they will think, by an inch.

They are sorta similar but also different. Dress 2’s torso is different from dress 1 and has thicker straps and has jewels? I think on them
