Attractive to whom? Age peers possibly, though I saw a study where men between age 15 and 65 thought women age 23 were the most desirable, which oddly enough corresponds to peak fertility. If you mean is a 20 year old male going to be physically attracted to a 60 year old female, my guess is no, but there are other factors that go into attraction. Rich or powerful people remain attractive for dishonest reasons much longer than people without resources or power.

Yes, but a top tier 60 yr old is not as attractive and a top tier 20 year old. Every man wants to bed down a top tier 20 yr old, or most thin 20 yr olds for that matter. Many older men are still attracted to a good looking older woman because they don't have a 20 yr old option, but a eligible 20 yr old man is not really attracted to any 60 yr old except perhaps for a fling to "try that shit out".
