It looks pretty revealing, but if your comfortable with that then go for it! I don't think a bra would go very well with it though so you'll probably want to get some of those little silicone disks that you can put over your nipples so they don't show through it. I can't remember what they're called.

It is the perfect top for NYE. I read your reply below about the white or beige pants. If you have black pants, wear those, and either black or silver shoes. You'll not only sparkle, but you'll look chic and sophisticated. More New York or Paris.

It's just a NYE work party and I was thinking either pants (probably beige or white) or a skirt
For a work party I'd probably say go with the white pants, they'd be a bit more conservative. I think it would look cool with them and heels, and if it's a house party you can always kick them off if you want to dress down a bit.
Regarding update, apparently wearing see through tops without a bra seems to be the in thing these days. I guess if you want to show the girls off don't wear a bra.
It is somewhat see through like my girls won't be out for display if I don't wear a bra and it is the style not to wear a bra because it kind of runis the top if my bra is visible
It would be a better picture if you held it up so we could see how see through it was. A lot of the actresses are wearing see through tops where you can see everything. If that top isn't like that then wear it without a bra. You could always wear pasties under it
