I have no real opinions on them. I think on some people they look good, I wouldn't ever get one because of the way people around me would react, and because I know I wouldn't take as good care of it as I should.

Nothing at all it's their choice and there are many who do pull it off. Now in regards to whether I am personally attracted to it, I'm not. Probably because it's just not common in my culture whereas ear piercing is a little more acceptable so I do have personal bias. I never encountered a man with nose piercing (s) in the dating scene so I would have to experience it to know how I truly feel.

I’m a fan. I have my septum pierced. You can be aggressive with it or more tame. It also doesn’t really close so I don’t need to wear it all the time either. My girlfriend liked it but my family doesn’t get it

Not a fan, even though my veterinarian, has a small diamond in her nose, and I do respect her VERY MUCH, but don't understand the nose piercing thing as she is VERY professional, but it also makes me wonder about her at times. Not sure what to tell you, except, for me, it DOES compromise them a little in my opinion.

I grew up on a farm.
We routinely put rings in the noses of the pigs to keep them from digging out (rooting) under the fence and escaping.
Many years later - when I see ANYONE with that crap in their face, all I can think of is how much they look like a pig.
