Which outfit is better and why?

Since @bowenw asked nicely for other outfits here's two more from today. They are somewhat similar but I like them both a lot!

Outfit one is kinda ugly to me, while outfit two is more realistic for a 5'9" Canadian girl. I like that one much better. Although you should do something about your cats slashing all your jeans like that!

Outfit one is quite unique and very few women can pull it off. Even though the shoes look stupid with it.

I prefer the second because it's more "safe".
