Yes, I think women who get plastic surgery are obviously insecure about their looks. Once they get the surgery it's obvious they had surgery, so it's obvious they were or are insecure about their looks.

I think all natural is the way to go, I don't like women that plaster themselves in makeup, and think it makes them look good. It does not!

Some plastic surgery is medically necessary and there are cosmetic ones like a cleft lip that is different then the type I suspect you were thinking about.

With that being said, if a procedure is being done because the patient is doing it for themselves and will help their self confidence like gyno, that's different too

But the procedures for things like implants I'm not a big fan of. One, procedure doesn't make that large of effect. It's when you have girls these days in their 20s already gettint Botox, fillers, implants, etc that becomes a turnoff. It's not even because of the fact I'm considering how many procedures they've had, it's generally because these women start looking like clowns

Yes, women with plastic surgeries in general were ugly before undergoing plastic surgery, that is why it is necessary to know if a woman has undergone plastic surgery, to prevent ugly children from being born.

Obviously. Why would we want a weak woman who had to resort to getting plastic surgery in order for her to feel better about herself? The only time it's acceptable is when she had to do it for health reasons or disfigurement in a work accident.

though i walked away from dating altogether, one of my prefferences was someone without such with an exception for things like some sort of major accident messed up a face and required plastic surgery or some such.

On the whole I prefer women who have not had Plastic/Cosmetic surgery, but I'd make an exception for some one who need the surgery to repair an injury caused by an accident or assault.
