If they aren't too extreme I like them on both men and women, especially because of the dedication and work they put into them. I'm trying to get back my own, but it's not easy.
I like those of my friends and I admit I'm a bit jealous too.

Personally, I think they're super attractive on both men and women. Like you said, they show dedication and hard work, and who doesn't love that?
As for myself, I've been trying to get back into shape and get my own abs, but let me tell you, it's no easy feat. I've been hitting the gym and trying to clean up my diet, but let's just say it's a work in progress.
And let's be real, everyone's got their own definition of "too extreme" when it comes to abs. For me, I think it's all about balance. Like my friend's abs are super ripped and all, but they're also super thin and I can't help but think they're not getting enough protein in their diet.
But honestly, I think abs are just one small piece of the puzzle. Confidence and a positive attitude are what truly make someone attractive. But hey, if you've got the abs to match, then more power to ya!
Overall, I think abs are definitely attractive, but it's all about balance and how they fit into the bigger picture. And as for jealousy, I totally feel ya. But like they say, "comparison is the thief of joy." So let's focus on our own progress and goals, and let our own abs shine!
Yeah but not too extreme, I don't like that but overall abs can look attractive... but if the guy still for example has a babyface the abs won't make him attractive in my eyes tho
those in the picture do nothing for me... not appealing, not envious about them
especially since I know what it takes to get to that level... which is hours upon hours of constant workout, followed up even more hours of constant workout to keep them once you got them
and that is without counting the very strict and limiting diets and borderline obsessive discipline... I do not need any of that in my life, lol
genetically speaking, it would be relatively easy for me to get abs like that but... I have no use for them at all, and I certainly do not want to spend the hours at something I do not enjoy at all lmao... which are repetitive workouts that would only favor a show off, which is something I am not
I don't like visible abs on women. She can be really fit and have a flat stomach, and still have a soft layer of natural, feminine fat. I like the soft muffin tops on her tummy when she is on her back and rolled up. I likes my womanses silky smooth, soft and squeezable, not lean and muscled.

I do! But realistically they don't always look super ripped and that's understandable.
Only as something to be admired, that's about it.
I have washboard abs, I’m just between loads…😉
Same here!!!
It would bother me if she could crack walnuts in her abs
I'm not against them. But they do nothing for me. And if she has them she's probably a gym rat so we're probably not compatible. I exercise every day, but to stay healthy. I'm not going to live in a gym.
They're attractive! It's not a dealbreaker if you don't have well defined abs, but if you do, expect me to get a handsy!
I personally don't find them too attractive. I like a "natural" female body.
However, I won't reject a girl who has abs. Because everyone softens up as they get older anyway. And I'm selecting for the long term.
yes I do
abs on girls are extremely attractive
A little. Not too much abs, but slight abs can be sexy
Nope abs are yucky
Yeah, abs are pretty sexy on a guy ;)
I am not attracted to muscular women.
I do think the same as you.
I find them attractive on everyone
Yes, very much so.
Yep i like girls with abs😍
duh lol
Yep 🔥
I don’t care for it
That’s like a pig with John Cena’s arms
I do.
Yes, but not to the degree in this picture.
Not really
