Do you think the brand or quality of any item you use is important?

For example, you have an item and one of them is a very famous brand that people like but it is not very high quality, but the other is an unknown brand it is very high quality but nobody looks at it which one would you buy?

I always go for quality. Couldn't care less what brand the item is, especially when it comes to clothing. Fast fashion is what's "in" right now, but I only wear quality tailored items.
