Which eyeliner is best for beginners?

I’m just starting to get more into makeup and I was wondering what type of eyeliner is best for beginners? Thanks!

Uuuuh so lemme see, i don't know much about doing makeup either but I do have like wet n wild that stays if applied correctly. I think I do a decent job buuut it doesn't move so that's good. :D

Hypoallergenic ones for sure. Maybe the pencil eyeliner from MAC.. it’s easy to smudge and blend with

Not the liquid or retractable one, but the one you can sharpen in a pencil sharpener
