I love gem stones but no, I don't believe in any of that, nor astrology whatsoever.
There's no scientific evidence to support any of it. I almost bought my mum a copper bracelet once, many years ago, to help her with some health problems, but ultimately she did not want it, and this whole magnetism thing is also probably nonsense. Your astrologer is making money off of giving advice. It costs her nothing to do it, say it. Things like this give some people some peace of mind, and that's the real question - does that do any harm, psychologically, or is it a net benefit? If you like them, have them. But don't rely on things like this. There's no such thing as bringing luck into your life through some sort of "magic."

Well, I believe they exist, and that when polished and cut correctly, they look pretty. And that some of them have specific applications in tools and lasers and such. But I don't attribute to them any mystical powers.
I wear Turquoise, Agate, and Labradorite. But, I don't believe that they do anything. I just really like Ottoman/Medieval style stone rings.

Yes. Gem stones exist. Do I believe they have special powers and your astrologer isn't exploiting your pitiful gullibility? No.
I think its more probable alien spaceships are kept at area 51 than those stones having magic powers
