We are bathing in water with a temperature of 42 degrees. This temperature is enough for us. We lower it a few degrees in the summer.

38°C is the maximum recommended temp for bath or shower water, higher then that and you risk getting scalded.
but we do not see any damage from 42 degrees. In addition, it is recommended to wash with water at a temperature above 50 degrees as an old traditional cancer treatment. In addition, plenty of mistletoe tea should be drunk. It is very necessary to keep the body warm during cancer treatment.
@Smartman5 I suppose it's your prorogative but all temptress controlling bathtub faucets that I've ever seen lock at 38°C and have too by law, there usually is a manusl bypass button you can push so you can rotate the temp dial to a higher temp but this lock is there to prevent small kids from scalding their soft sensitive skin. So be careful to return to the 38°C locking position when you're done using the faucet.
I don't live in America either but it is law here to have thermal micingbvalvesxas an intregsl partner allbtub faucets to prevent kids from getting scalded

Is that 42 Celsius or farenheit? Because I do both sometimes but usually in between these two points.
