I rarely do unless it's with a woman or after a tough week of work, I use Epsom salt ( works wonders). I have a jacuzzi style tub so when I do use it with a woman.. it usually starts with some wine and fun... candles.. and soaking in water for a bit.

If I shower in a bath tub I stand, if I actually bathe I lay down. I miss it since I don't have a bath anymore.
