Would dressing up at home boost my mood?

My cousin wears bras even when she is home alone because she wants to preserve her shape and not droop. I find I lose respect for myself when I dress like a thug, even if I’m home with only my parents and nobody can see me.

Thinking and acting cause emotion.

The thoughts you internalize are what cause emotion. Dressing up nice will put thoughts in your head that will make you feel better.

The things we observe tend to produce a corresponding form in our mind. Thus, hospitals paint the walls yellow. You've heard about this right?

However, because the nervous system doesn't know the difference between pretend or real you can not dress up and get the same results by just pretending. This is why movies are so dang good. Only the new part of our brain knows it's not real or something but that's not the part that causes emotions.

Wearing bras constantly won’t stop breast sagging it’s just shapewear for under clothing boobs will do what they want to do when it’s off. i actually remember there was some kind of study where women with small/medium breasts got firmer and more lifted by going braless lol.

Yes you could always try wearing some cuter loungewear at home see if it lifts your mood.

Well I think it’s way fun to invite a friend over and dress up and clean the house of course if u are girl invite one of your friends that like to dress up and then u both can cook or clean the house it’s fun to get all ready sometimes and do that I don't know maybe I’m weird who cares tho it makes us happy and that’s all that matters so do what makes u happy! Bottom line life is to short to be u happy!
