Even the richest colors on a water color work seems to fade. I like the predominantly green shade with blue undertone Ocean look as compared to a clear blue sky water.

It also depends on what your contrast and other contextual color schemes are, as well as, the subject matter and if there are plans to move from there into screening etc.

I really want a nap as the colors you depicted. It’s the combo that my eyes are always drawn to and makes me feel serene & happy. Need to continue map hunting since I won’t be able to paint it myself 😛

Yeah I think it’s a gentle shade that would be nice to wake up to plus I like that it’s pastel but none of the colors in the printing. Nice accent without bring matchy matchy 😛— Thanks!

@Jamie05rhs I need a different map. Really loving the subtle green. I can imagine waking up real happy seeing that color. Tho I like light purple and light green contrast it’s not quite working in this case.

Neither is a great match actually but blue seems much closer to the colours in the picture, the green is a completely different green.
