Bicolor hair - yay or nay?

My mother went to the hairdresser and got an acconciature similar to this movie character (Draco Malfoy's mother from Harry Potter), decoloring half of her hair and leaving the rest of the natural dark color.

It's not bad, but she didn't take it well when I likened her to Cruella de Vil...

There's nothing wrong with it.
But if you look like Cruella, you look like Cruella. 🤷 These chicks shouldn't be so gullible and allow themselves to be made into clowns by their hairdressers lol. Everyone knows that hairdressers are artists with a creative streak. And they WILL experiment on you if you let them! They're not the ones who are going to have to be out in public walking around the streets like that for the next few months. Lol

I think that some of them want to experiment out of their own volition, but some looks can be outright ridicolous.
Dark and white is not bad, but she still got offended when I asked her if she's going to kidnap the Dalmatians or try to kill Harry Potter.
