I had a grey hair should I be worried?

No, try not to stress or worry too much over it, as stress can cause more greying hair. As another commenter said, even people in their 20's can get grey hair sometimes. Doesn't mean you're old. You can always dye your hair, if it makes you feel bad. You look young to me on your profile pic. You can pass for 24-25 years old

lol… grey hairs aren’t always connected to aging, it can be genetics so some people get grey hairs as early as in their 20s

As someone who is almost 66% older than you I can assure you your life isn't over. Plus, you can cook so any years you do have will be delicious. That's worth WAAAAY more than not having grey hair.

I had my first grey hair in my 20s, thats genetics. However other men my age are going bald, so i prefer grey before going bald.
