I found my first grey hair today in my 30s and stressing out over it, how did you guys and gals deal with it if it's happening to you?

I prayed to God thanking him for removing all of my gray hair and about 3-4 months later I discovered audio subliminal. After listening to a reverse gray hair one for a few weeks my gray hair started to reverse and I have less each day. The one I initially used worked but I made my own because some of the statements were too vague. The subconscious mind is very powerful as is our words. We can speak a lot of things into existence... or out of existence.
