I’ve worried a lot in the past 2 years and haven’t got a gray hair, while my cousin worried less and she’s got it haha
So how does it work?
Probably 22. I remember looking in the rearview mirror of my car, spotting a grey hair and plucking it.
"I bet I won't see another of these for a while." WRONG!
By my early 30's there was no argument that I was turning grey. I colored my hair a few times, but I didn't like the results, so I just left it alone.
Now, at age 61, I'm just happy to have hair, no matter what color it is!
Stress causes pigmentation in follicle glands to seize up, causing hair to grow white (no such thing as grey hair)
Age 12. One strand of long grey hair on the back of my head
I don't know I was 22…. Apparently it just happened

Your body decides when you get gray hair. I'm assuming that your body stops producing a chemical that makes your hair the color that it is It's that process starts you begin to get gray hairs. I've had gray facial hair for years, I'm just now starting to get some gray pubic hair
At 23. Might be genes only. They are not that bad though
When I was 16… stress
