I just started notice a couple at the age of 34

I noticed a few gray hairs popping up in my early thirties. It’s pretty common and can be influenced by genetics, stress, or lifestyle. Personally, I view them as a natural and beautiful part of aging. Plus, there are always fun ways to embrace or disguise them with style! 😄

30s. Father's side all has white hair. But I'd rather have white hair than no hair.

Depends, some people have gray hair in their 40s, while some have to wait until the are 60 or older.

  Depends on genetics. I'm grateful I side on my dad so for in the hair department. My mother was full on gray almost before her 30s.
