I started getting a few gray hairs in my mid-20s when I still had really long, rock star hair. I think my mom grayed early, too.
At first it was just one or two here and there and I could just pull them out.
When I was 26 1/2, I got my hair cut for a job. By my 30s, I had that that sophisticated thing happening with graying temples. Oh well, at least I didn't start balding. I still have a good head of hair.
Right now I’m getting white hair!
In my late 30s I order a bunch of herbal stuff online so hopefully they’ll work I’m very conscious with my body I don’t eat and drink the crap that everybody else does.
So I don’t understand why I’m getting white hair?
As long as I can remember, since at least my teens? I have a birthmark on the top center of my head that has always given me a silver streak of hair sort of like Rogue from the X-Men. I just dye it because now that I am older it just looks like I'm old and isn't cool anymore lmao
17 but they were more white like a weird highlight. There aren’t that many so I have to look to find them, but it doesn’t look like they’ve multiplied much.

I'm turning 50 next year and my husband very recently claimed he finally saw a few all-white, not gray, strands of hair. According to him, they're not visible unless anybody tries to find 'em.
I don't remember exactly. I think it was in my mid 40s when I started getting enough gray hairs to notice. I do recall finding a single gray hair in my mid-20s.
At 24 I had just a couple shiny silver strands come in only on top and stayed that way till last year when a couple more added in. All the woman in my family did at that age. I liked it. Kinda magical.
I don't know if 1 grey hair counts, but i decided to add my vote here. lol
34, which was earlier this year. Like March 2021. I noticed a long gray hair in my beard. At 34!
I had white hair at 15 and in my 20s my white hair turned black again.
About 5 years ago in my mid 40's. They are prolific now.
I was in my 40's when I first noticed grey hair. Now they are almost all grey and some are white.
I'm in my early 30s and haven't noticed any gray hair yet but I'm sure I have at least one.
When I was around 10, I have one strand of grey hair ever since.
Was in my mid-30's when my beard started going gray. Just recently notice my hair going more gray too. Oh well.
Maybe 29 and that’s just my beard. I have a beautiful head of black hair. I know guys I grew up with who balded by 20 ouch 🤕
29. I was going through this shitty experience because of the scammer I loved. It almost killed me. I hadn't cared of myself. It made me to lose some teeth and my hair. Also it gave me ED.
Exactly 30. No less. No more.
Which is the 30 option?
