Hey, you need to change your mindset. Yes, looks does matter but not always, you don't have to wait for your next birth... It's possible for a beautiful tall woman to love a short man. There are couples like that. He just has to have a great personality, be smart, good hearted or have something she loves about him. Also, objectively beautiful people are insecure too
5'8 is a nice height. I am 5'6 short. It sucks. I have ALWAYS been attracted towards tall and strong looking fit women , that's why I feel insecure and worthless. I can't gain weight and height as a teen , I tried lot of things but nothing helped. Sadly.

I don't see any other way but to accept yourself and finally starting to be your own supporter, not enemy. You need to look broader, go beyond your little environment and you'll see that everybody is different and there's place for everybody in this world.
by the way, that's interesting that you're attracted to such women 🤔. I used to be attracted to regularly built guys but now I like guys who are bigger and I don't necessarily mean more muscular but just thick bones, you know what I mean? But I like him fit because I like sports myself and I lead a healthy lifestyle. And it's because I feel more feminine around such guy because I'm 'smaller'. Maybe it springs from the fact that I have a complex about being too strong etc. But I also like this polarity...
I actually don't exercise to be strong. I'd never lift weights or anything too heavy because I don't want to look too strong but I do work out every now and then, bike, run sometimes, ski, ride horses, swim etc.
If you have the right personality, you're confident about your body and in general, you're menly like mentally, in your head then this makes you much more masculine regardless of your body.
If you can make me feel feminine that's perfect but I'm quite stubborn and with hang ups. So you see that it rather comes from me, more then from you.

Yea guys like it as long as the girl is feminine I'd say, if she behaves like a woman and talks like a woman and takes the part of a woman than it's feminine enough to attract a guy let's also not forget she can't look like a dude, all body builder type of stuff, which toned women normally still keep their feminine shape and it's still physically attractive.
