What would the point of bathing or laundry be if you kept putting dirty clothes on a clean body?
I'd imagine at some point male or female that would lead to some interesting infections.

That's the sign of a clean lady. Seriously women should in general take this really seriously. A lot of infections from reusing undergarments happen.

FYI: that's cloth is directly in contact with our body.

Yes, but when I shower and stay home, don't leave the house for the day, I don't even bother wearing underwear.

I usually shower first thing in the morning, so my sleep garments come off and fresh underwear goes on.

I shower before going to bed and don't even wear underwear after. I have a pajama top and pants on, but if you were to take them off I'd be naked.
