Not really. All the features must be in harmony in order to create an attractive face. I've seen many beautiful women with thinner lips. I don't think a big pout makes a face more attractive on its own.

I never cared for that look. Like duck face makes 99% of girls uglier in my opinion. I actually like thin lips, like Tilda Swinton:

There is not enough love for girl with thin and delicate lips blending into her face and pulling the compositional emphasis more to her eyes. The obsession is with her lips: full lipstick wrinkly lips and the way I imagined Angelina Jolie in that movie where they put a close-up of her lipsticks with Antonia Banderas is the smell of tacos and lipstick. It's a caricaturesque look of the human face which I generally find uninteresting.
