Can I put argan oil, olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil in my shampoo?

As for me I’m going to answer a question with a question & as a little disclaimer please note I’m not a shampoo expert & I could be wrong as well.

A new trend may be however it could be the wrong trend for some people as well.

Leaving oil on your hair everyday for too long can cause product build-up on your scalp. It may also clog your pores, attract dirt and accumulate dandruff. Oiling your hair everyday also means that you have to wash it with shampoo everyday. This is not ideal to achieve healthy, lustrous and soft hair.

People are already apply these oils to their hair after shower, so I don't think there will be the risk of pore clogging you talking about.

Yes and also my hair had become softer when I put argan oil in my shampoo before.

What were the results of the others cause I'm no hair stylist or specialist but I know reverses never work, for example if one makes it soft and the other harder or thicker then how would anyone expect both together to bring a good result, so I'd say depends on the results of them all, but you should probably search it before getting creative lol

Other oils were also beneficial for my hair, but I never try a mixture of all of them before. Since these oils are not chemical, they do not damage the hair, but I do not know if they provide an extra benefit.

You can always try it on one part of the hair, I recommend the tips so you can always ✂ if it goes south

I would use coconut oil but I don't know about in shampoo I would use it on dry hair

Oils should never be added to shampoos. They dont leave you head and give you an oily look. You can apply them separately to.

My shampoo is olive oil based. It does my hair good. However, consider your hair type before doing this. You don’t want to ruin your hair. Also, ask a hair dresser if this is even safe/good to do.
