Should how you appear to the public change with life growth, wisdom and time?

By change how you appear to the public I mean you start to wear more adult like smelling and expensive perfume. You start to dress up more and keep yourself up more. You start to realize the importance of always looking your best or at least trying to.

I think so. I mean these days you it's pretty challenging as a man to take woman seriously. I am not trying to sound sexiest in any way. I am sure men are just as bad, but I am a man so I can only relate to this as to how it affects me as a man.

So, it's been a trend recently to just wear your pajamas out in public. So as a teenager I can see how this is cute and fun... but when you see a 20 something or 30 something doing it, yeah, it's hard to take them seriously as a person. Like they demand this level of respect and want to be treated with respect. But dude, it's hard to perceive you as a lady and treat you like a lady as a gentleman, when you are not presenting yourself as a lady. A real lady would take some pride in her way of dress. Do her hair and clean herself up and dress like a lady should dress.

Yoga pants, or these spandex skintight stuff... dude I am a man. If you are putting your ass out there like this in a professional environment, then you got to know the dude can tell you got an awesome ass. You are literally putting it on display. It absolutely does not present a professional appearance. But yet you want to be taken serious as a profession... so dress like it.

For me, when a woman comes in dressed professional its way more impressive to me then someone in yoga pants. These people that walk around in work out close when you can obviously tell they have not been to a gym in long time... please just stop.

SHOULD, yes. But, unfortunately, not the case at all. Look around the big cities, all the adults look like garbage and they don't take care of their appearance. Wrinkly and stained graphic tees, sweatpants, silly slogans on baseball caps... et cetera.

Has nothing to do with cost either. A lot of celebrities dress like crap too.

Of course. You don't want to dress the way you did in high school or college forever. You mature and become more sophisticated.
