If a person doesn't change, it means that they haven't learned anything.

People do not change. They have their own tendencies and features, but they still have the possibility to evolve, get more mature, and learn to manage their tendencies in a reponsible way. The first step in this process is learning to face who we really are with all our qualities and defaults. This means people may seem to change, but actually they are only getting aware of themselves and of the responsibility of their actions.

Absolutely. I am not the same person I was when i was 20. I have seen people kick addiction. I have seen people learn to forgive. I have seen people overcome fear and anxiety. I have seen people spiral into depression. People can definitely change.

Yes. Absolutely. I quit smoking and drinking. I got rid of toxic family members. I stopped the pity party about semi paralysis and put in the PT work to relearn it all. People can change!!
