Can uggs be worn without socks?

I'm going to visit Chicago next month and I want to have shoes that can be worn without socks.

I actually live in Hawai and have always travelled in warm climate so I always wear flip-flops and don't own socks. I don't want to wear socks buy I think it'll be to cold in Chicago to wear flip-flops.

I’m from upstate NY and lived in Alaska for 3 years ( still technically a resident). I wear my uggs without socks quite a few times. They’re the only shoes that keep my toes warm. I buy new ones about every year though.

Uggs are actually designed to be worn without socks, it says so right on the Ugg website. I never wear socks with mine. But Chicago in summer is honestly too warm for Uggs.

I'd say to try it at home first. Alternatively, you could wear trainers without socks.

Uggs are not meant to be worn as shoes. Us Aussies were the one who invented ugg boots before Americans brought the rights to them.
