I got ugly sleep at the hotel last night I got two hrs of sleep.

Hey, I was told more than few times that I look beautiful and cute when I wake up 🙁 Now you're making me believe I was lied to, lol

I guess it makes your skin look smoother and your eyes look fresh than they did last night, that's why? Also, my hair looks better when I sleep on satin/silk pillow cases. No matter how frizzy they looked at night after being out, but when they rest on a good pillow cover, they somehow look good in the morning, lol.

Apparently its called beauty sleep because sleep helps your skin heal from the day and any skin damage that may have occurred. When you sleep, your skin gets a chance to restore and improve itself back to a healthier state. Plus have you seen someone that does long bouts without sleep...it's definitely not pretty.
