Why was she so rude to me without any reason?

Today at work a female told me that I should take care of my skin and teeth because if not guys won’t like me. This bitch thinks I don’t take care of myself. I can’t help that I have acne.

I used to get acne when I would eat things that contained sugar. Excessive alcohol use would bring some, but only a little.

Everybody's skin is different. I got lucky and figured out anything coming into contact with my face, like a pillow at night, or especially soap, will cause me acne. That's why a cringe when I hear all the damn face-washing advice that people seem to shoot to. For me, washing my face with anything other than pure water is a 100% ticket to get acne. If I leave my face alone I'm 100% acne free.

There was years of trial and error with everything though. I'd say eliminating sugar (which I did for bodybuilding reasons) was the golden ticket for me. I haven't touched a soda or any syrup drink for years. Alcohol use, see's me sticking to just a pure strong IPA or vodka... something like Jack Danials is loaded with bullshit to make it taste better. Captain morgains is the absolute worse... just one swig of something like that and my skin starts feeling sticky almost immediately.

Now I'm alcohol free as well, so I'm golden.

We have talked before... try this, and I use it and it helps me... go in line to Amazon and look for THE GRANDPA SOAP. CO.-----THYLOX -Acne Treatment... I have had had acne from time to time since my early teens... it is 3% sulfur and is very good for treating acne... use morning, and afternoon at work... at lunch and before you go to bed.
Other than that ignore the ignorant asshole that makes comments to you... they suck
