Would you consider switching to bar shampoo and conditioner?

I've recently made the change to using bar shampoo and conditioner to use less plastic. My hair feels so amazing! Plus they last a really long time!

I've kept my hair very short for the last 25+ years and I just use bar soap to wash my hair. Works just as well as shampoo (for short hair anyway), and I haven't bought a bottle of shampoo in almost 20 years now. I also cut my own hair and I literally haven't been to a barber since 1996. lol Between haircuts and shampoo I've probably saved thousands of dollars since.

I did not know it was a thing. I will look for it in the store. When I was in college I use to just use the same bar of soap than I washed myself with. It would be good to just have a bar of shampoo instead on a bottle that sometimes leaks in my gym bag.

Yeah I have been using it for around two years now. Not all kinds kinds work for me though. I had to try a few to know what works for me.

I've used a shampoo bar before it's takes some getting used too. If I found one I like I would switch.

that can't be true ha, we shed from 50 to 100 hairs a day and it said on shower days we shed 80 to 150 a day hmm 🤔

I don't use shampoo or conditioner, just plain fragrance free Dr. Bronner's bar soap for body and hair. It's the only thing that doesn't bother my scalp!

I used one, Woody's Meat & Potatoes, its an Ideal one for travelling as you can use it as an 'all-in-one' a bar soap, shampoo and conditioner.

I used hair colors, shampoos and conditioners for a year. I experienced hair loss and weakness in my eye sight. So I stopped using them. Now, I use only natural products for my hairs.

I recently made the switch to bar shower gel and an organic loofah for a similar reason, so far so good!
