Do you think L size bra is considered a decent big size for 31 inch waist? why they look smaller without bra?

US or Uk L? I wear a UK ff/g US h and it’s pretty proportional looking on me (kinda want them bigger lol) I wear 2/4in pants. So I think an L would be nice and big I love big boobs the only downside would be finding lingerie that fits I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

L-sized tits would be huge on any frame, but especially on a 31-inch waist. The reason your breasts look smaller without the bra is because gravity is pulling everything down; you don't have anything lifting your breast up.

Thats a very large bra size. A friend of mine is a J cup in UK sizing.
