Girls, what's your shower routine/products?

I only use shampoo and conditioner and body gel but I want to try exfoliating and moisturizing more , what other things I should do?

i used to do the “no poo” program, or use no chemical shampoo at all. Back then was 2016 and couldn’t find shampoo with no chem at all. So i tried the mixture of banana, yoghurt, aloe, and honey as a hair mask/ shampoo, and use apple vinegar/ lemon as a condi. Its super complicated but my hair looks super healthy and shiny. But stopped after a month bcs it took to much time. Anyway now i use the scrub body wash every the other day and you won’t regret it. Also hair mask once a week.

I change my shampoo. I buy only shampoo without perfume and without silicates.

Sometimes I buy shampoo with sea salt.

But I have also used hair soap.


For the body I use normal soap - fragrance-free, of course. Perfume and chemistry can promote allergies

I've been using Native Moisturizing shampoo for the past few months after a recommendation from a friend. I like it so far. I've also been using their body wash.

Routine isn't special

I use regular shampoo for colured hair, moisturising shower gel (with a scrunchie) and shaving gel.
